Ah! It's feelings of "Too much work" that I'm experiencing. Honestly idk why because making muffins isn't that bad (much less asking people questions, but there's "fear" of having conversations), but it's like. my brain is just. AAAAAAAAAAAAA. *Headdesk.*

I'm trying to get back in the swing of baking/cooking for our weekly tabletop campaign group. I'm looking at doing muffins and have a small bag of strawberry muffin mix, but I'm also wanting pretty bad to do lemon blueberry muffins. Or something with lemon anyway.

Any tips of fancying up storebought muffin mix or anyone have favored locations for recipes? I'm eyeballing a couple but I'm having issues with motivations again :( Like. Idk if it's the anxiety or I psyched myself out or what.

So, update on the oatmilk: It's got less of a powdery taste/more of a neutral taste than the almond milk I get, which has a "powdery" taste. Still not sure if I prefer it though 🤔

I got dark chocolate oat milk today. Not sure how I feel about it yet 🤔

So Gab has decided that their own code that they spent $5M of investor money developing is so unsalvageably bad that they're going to use Mastodon's code instead, with the added bonus of leeching off of our apps (with Gab apps being banned from app stores)

This is an early warning to fellow admins to be vigilant and domain-block them on sight, when/if they appear (unconfirmed whether they intend to federate), and to app devs to consider if blocking Gab's domains from their app is necessary.

Ugh, but I forgot how much I love white onions ♥ Last year I'd just saute them in butter with salt + pepper and that would be my snack.

God but I love doing hashbrown/egg scrambles. 3 eggs, 2 hashbrowns, or 4 and 2. I just need some onion and garlic olive oil to spruce it up :(

I bought some chicken thighs yesterday :D Gonna have to make lemon chicken at some point! With asparagus!

As much as I'm incredibly aggravated with Succulent Box and do NOT recommend them...

Their little placating cactus is super cute.

But it doesn't change the fact that they're advertising one albiflora and sending another (that's not even on the website) and their Devil's Tongue is NOT a ferocactus, but is in fact an echinopsis.

Someone in the plant/gardening Discord has some super pretty orchids. I wish I could handle them :(

I now am the owner of not just a new jalapeno plant, but ALSO, a poblano and ghost pepper and a cherry tomato :D
