PSA, heat mitigation

I've found wrapping an ice pack in cloth and tucking it into my clothes very effective at keeping me from overheating. Reusable flat chemical icepacks fit best and last the longest, but even a frozen water bottle works. Into a bra, against the stomach, and in the small of the back are all good spots. Avoid skin damage by always wrapping it in cloth and relocating the ice pack when it becomes uncomfortable.

@Fishercat small of the back when spending a lot of time operating a car that never quite cools down is a particular life saver

@robotcarsley Yep. My car's AC doesn't work. I usually opt for in the bra or under the seatbelt and switch off to the groin when I'm driving. Icepacks against big blood vessels is a big win.
