This is what I'm calling, Summer Greens Risotto.
Freshly picked courgette & peas, plus I added some recently frozen broad beans. Garlic & thyme from garden as well, plus lemon juice and parmesan from the Co-op ;) I 💚 this time of year in the kitchen garden.
It was absolutely delicious and we have enough leftovers for the next two nights (I made double so we would).
I'll post a recipe in the next week or so.
