Reading audiobooks is still reading.
If you say you read an audiobook you don't have to "correct" yourself. I'd argue that you /shouldn't/, that you'd get less correct.
There's no need to say "well no I didn't read it" if it was an audiobook. There's no need to put "reading" in scare quotes.
It's reading just as much as reading print is.
I know there are worse problems, but it sucks having my favored reading format denigrated by sighted people, even to the point of them denying it's "real."
Happy New Yearz frenz.
It's so mild it's like Spring here. Iz even gone outsides!
Finally managed to spend a few minutes in the garden (1st time for a couple of months), picking some parsnips. Oh my, how big you are!
but wait you say if #mosstodon is so good why isn't there Mosstodon 2.
haha you fool!
I give you #mosstodon2

Another one from the Marie Trolle 'Twilight Garden' book. I love her books so much, both for the designs and for the excellent paper that is really nice to colour upon.
I followed an online tutorial. In some ways this is easier as someone else has made all the colour and placement decisions. But it did challenge me because I learn more about different colours to layer and blend and went a lot slower to build up the colour and texture. Overall, this was very enjoyable to colour.
This was coloured to me singing along with every ABBA album, from Ring Ring to Voyage 😊 🎶
Hey which of y’all is doing #rooftop #gardening?
Happy winter solstice.
Some purple-pink #Florespondence flowering this day in the garden.
1. Callicarpa bodinieri var giraldii 'Profusion'
2. Erica x darleyensis 'Kramer's Rote'
3. Parahebe catarractae blue-flowered
4. Erica carnea 'Eva'
Remember my carrion flower grew seed pods a while back? Well, one of them has split :D I'm so glad I caught it before it split enough for them to all blow away. I pulled them out - they were super soft and fluffy! Then detatched the seeds, planted some in small pots indoors on the windowsil, and distributed others in various spots in the garden where they'll get different amounts of sunlight. We'll see how they do :D #florespondence #succulent

My big sun umbrella, which is set into a heavy concrete bucket-base, got put into a pretty planter pot a little while back, and today I finally bought succulents to go in the pot around the pole ^.^ New babies yay! (The lithops is an old baby, it just has a nice home now even though it seemed to be thriving in its tiny pot and would flower every season)
Wonderful frosty morning. I think we officially didn’t freeze, hit my neighborhood definitely did. Cannas are toast - I’ll dig the bulbs out of containers to store. In the ground they’ll be fine. Cosmos are dead and I can clear them up. I should have filled every vase in the house last night. Salvia madrensis is a mixed bag. Some frozen leaves, some entirely fine in more sheltered spots. #florespondence
