Seems odd to me that distributed (activist/anarchist) organisations like Acorn or the IWW often have centralised communications infrastructures. I understand why - lack of appropriate software, familiarity for users, lack of technical resources, etc. But I haven't seen anyone acknowledge the issue let alone talk about how to address it.
@Paul I tried. Wasn’t well received. They liked the centralised control too much and feared the alternative. (Mind you, I guess Diem is much more a traditional socialist group than anarchist in any way so I guess it was my own naïveté and was probably to be expected.)
