A little #introduction post. I’m Kolja from Germany. I’m a software engineer that loves cooking and photography. On this account I will mostly share my cooking experiments, recipes and photos of my food. If you see something you like don't hesitate to ask for the recipe. I like to do crazy fusion stuff. I cook a lot of the various asian cuisines. I like to understand the science behind cooking but I'm no Kenji ultra.
