@Jameslew Yeah that just seemed odd! Especially as a big fan of the show (I admit I joined the fan club in my twenties), it was surprising that this wasn't obvious to me somehow.
@Jameslew Oh thank you! I just logged into Hulu and seasons 10 and 11 are right there. I think I was looking too hard, for some "reboot" tag or somesuch. It's just nestled in there with the older seasons.
With the negative reviews of the first episode, I thought Outer Range was going to get tanked. I'm glad it found its audience, I agree it's great to have diversity of content.
On that note I'd love if it I could watch LOST all over again but with a different ending.
food: made an alt
@maloki Yeah I checked it out because a friend is here, but wasn't sure if I'd stay.
But now I'm seeing that most instances do prefer food to be behind a CW (which is totally cool), and I liked that I could do all my food talk in one place with no CW, and with hopefully easy access to topical advice about stuff.
Lol and I will need advice. Especially when I get back to breadmaking.
My favorite homemade gluten-free teriyaki sauce:
1/4 C GF soy sauce
1 C pineapple juice (water ok but not as tasty)
1/2 t ground ginger (or more! or use fresh grated!)
2-3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 C brown sugar (packed)
1-2 T cornstarch (depending on how thick you like your sauce)
1/4 C cold water
Add everything but the last two ingredients to a pot on stove, bring to boil.
Reduce to medium. Blend starch and water together, add mixture to pot and stir until thickened!
@Jameslew Where does one watch the last couple years of X-Files? I saw something online about how that was a thing, but then I couldn't find any actual links to where I could watch them. (I don't have cable, I just use streaming services, so maybe that's my problem.)
I loved Outer Range. 😄
I make #glutenfree and #vegetarian and #vegan food mostly! I love making soy yogurt, and I dream of learning to make the perfect sourdough baguette.
Full disclosure: the Dutch baby in the header photo was made by my husband, Greg, who has developed an incredible Sunday morning Dutch baby habit that I will forever be grateful for.
