— Kabocha-Turkey Stir-Fry, heavily adapted from this recipe: justonecookbook.com/kabocha-po 2 lbs ground turkey, 1/2 kabocha, increase sauce amounts accordingly; subs. mirin in sauce A; subs. mirin, omit oyster sauce, add akamiso in sauce B; subs. Chinese chili paste for gochujang, greatly increase amount; top w/sesame seeds and green onion; serve w/sticky rice and cucumber and carrot quick pickle
