Hello. I'll be sharing recipes and cooking-based thoughts here. I used to run a farm-to-table restaurant and I've worked various places as a chef, bar manager etc.
I'm a bit of an old school cook, I tend to use every pan and utensil in the kitchen once I get going and everything is improved with more butter, garlic, cheese, herbs and so on.
I don't take many photos of my cooking and when I do they're rarely all pretty or instagram style so don't expect that I guess
oh and I mainly toot at @nico if you want to hear non-foodie thoughts of mine
