A bonus of being a cheesemonger is getting access to the finest cheese in the world. This is one for sure. A creamy buttery cheese from Italy that is made with a trio of milks cow , goat and sheep

Speaking of a mix of three milks, do you have an opinion on Spain's Cabrales? It's been years since I've been able to find it where I live.

@shuffler Cabrales is super tasty. Being that it is traditionally made from raw milk I do not really see it much here either.
