Dear lovely people, what are your favourite recipe sites that are *not* advertising-ridden holes of heck?

I am a bit tired of scrolling down through adverts and anecdotes to find a recipe calling for a specific brand of tapioca pearls (or whatever) and then a bunch of comments asking the OP to justify their use of eggs or sugar or whatever.

Just give me the ingredients in some measurement I can map to metric, and the instructions (in a numbered list for preference), and *maybe* a picture.
