Hey there, I'm Wolfie and this is my #introduction!
I've recently moved from @veggie_wolfie@toomanycooks.social and my main account is @wolfie
I'm 36 and Ive been #vegetarian since I turned 18 in 2002, with occasional forays into #vegan alternatives in recent years.
I would describe my cooking skill level as: can follow a recipe and switch ingredients according to preference/to make it veggie, but also often lacking spoons to make anything too complicated

And here's the finished cheesecake!
I used this recipe https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/chocolate-cheesecake
But the chocolate I used was cadbury's buttons and I made the base out of some flapjack bites I needed to use up, oh and hand whipped the cream as mentioned above!
I found this #vegan jerky in the little Tesco yesterday, and apart from being a little on the spicy side for me it's really tasty, no idea how it compares to meat jerky as I haven't actually ever had it because it's not a thing here and I've been veggie since I was 18
This was yesterday's, I used some veggie sausages instead of the chorizo https://www.simplycook.com/recipes/penne-alla-rustica-for-2
I got a simply cook trial box this week, which is very different to hello fresh as they just give you some little pots of spices and mixes and a recipe card and you have to get the rest of the ingredients yourself
I already had a tasty pasta dish yesterday but forgot to take a photo, but I remembered for today's chipotle cauliflower salad!
https://www.simplycook.com/recipes/chipotle-grilled-cauli-salad-for-2-veg
I have made a really simple tomato soup in my #InstantPot a couple of times now, just some chopped onion, a tin of tomatoes, a stock cube and some herbs cooked on the saute mode for 15 mins, and then a splash of oat milk before serving!
And final one!
9. Stuffed Red Pepper
If anyone wants more info on any of these recipes or any Instant Pot tips let me know!
